You want to return an item?
Please consider following steps:
- Inform us via e-mail at info@cauchemar and describe your request
- To get a refund, send the item back to us. Please note that it must be unworn, unwashed and therefore in original condition and free of any damage
- You have 14 days to return an item after receiving it
- After we have carefully inspected your returned item and all requirements are met, you will receive a refund
- Please kindly note that neither the original shipping price will be refunded, nor will we cover the cost of the return
